Our aim is to help children and families to be proud of their accomplishments and motivate them towards overcoming their challenges, by taking advantage of their many strengths and talents.
We understand that your child has very special needs and therefore our pool of care workers is trained to adapt to your child's requirements across a broad range of ages, disabilities and home circumstances. They are available to support you and your family whether it’s at home or out and about, for a few hours a week, during the holidays or full time care. We can help you find the right support - by listening to your needs, we help make it happen!
Listening to your needs, the views of the young person with care needs and other siblings, we will be able to guide you through the introductory process so that you can be assured that you will receive the right care and support for your whole family.
Once our care workers are placed with you, we will continue to support you, adjusting your care plan to continuously reflect your whole family needs and wishes as they change.
Whether you are looking for full or part–time care, holiday cover or support for a few hours a week, we are here to help.
Having care needs can make it difficult to manage the multiple tasks of daily life never mind our interests and hobbies; but no matter how challenging our needs, once we understand them and how they affect our lives, we can learn to compensate for areas of weakness and take advantage of our many strengths and talents.
We currently have two children’s homes which are Ofsted regulated, if you would like to read more information about them, please look at the buttons below for more. If preferred you can contact us directly.
